Curious if you and your significant other has same parenting style or not?

Its been difficult for me and not sure if we ever will agree on something (just parenting method). I just ignore him because I don’t want to turn into argument. I just end up do my own thing and not ask for his help unless I need it.

We do. We talked extensively beforehand to make sure we were on the same page as far as parenting styles go. I'm a firm believer in spanking is unnecessary and I couldn't imagine being with someone who felt it was the go to solution. That's one example but the first that came to mind. Vaccinations as well. Schooling. Everything. Parenting style was definitely one area I wasn't willing to compromise on. For sure a make or break kind of thing for me.

For the most part yes. Occasional disagreements about it but for the basics we're on the same page.

Yes, we definitely agree on general style. Like another poster said, the big stuff was discussed beforehand. Obviously we don't do things exactly the same, but the differences aren't important enough to argue about or even debate.

My husband and I are. It’s really beneficial to not only our relationship as a couple, but how our daughter sees us. It’s important to us that she views us as a team. We always work together. We did go over parenting styles, goals and values before having our daughter. 
My brother and his wife however, are not. I’ve seen them struggle with their relationship because of it over the years. Their kids also take advantage of them not being a team (causing even more issues) quite often. As much as I hate to say it, they really have their handful with kids who don’t mind/respect them now because they’re always too busy fighting with each other rather than coming to any solution when it comes to issues at hand involving their kids.
