I need outside opinions

I have the mirena IUD so I haven't had a period or anything in about 5-6 months. But, Saturday I did bleed a little. I had brown discharge after that then a little sunday. But, I'm not sure if it's due to my IUD or if it failed and it was implantation bleeding. I don't have any more blood or brown discharge going on today either. If anyone can give me some insight that'd be awesome.
