True knot umbilical cord...

I’m 15 weeks pregnant and actually just found out I was pregnant when I was 11 weeks pregnant since I was still having a period and having no symptoms whatsoever... around weeks 9 and 10 I have been going on rollercoasters and other rides. Could this cause a true knot in my pregnancy? I’ve read that the most commons time that a true knot happens is during the first trimester since there’s a lot more wiggle room. Also, I’ve read that it’s very difficult to see a true knot during the ultrasounds.
