Regret of loosing v too early

Last night when me and my boyfriend was sexting on FaceTime when it started coming to an end he said to me I wish it was your first time on me and I felt so bad and I really wish it was. I rushed into sex with another guy before him and me and my boyfriend have nearly been going out a year and I think we will last forever. What could I do to make him feel better about it (he lost it with me the first time) and I wish I waited for him who’s the right one.
