Hypothyroid, bane of my existence

I've been taking levothyroxine for hypothyroid for almost 18 years. I'll be 28 in a few weeks. Just got retested and TSH was 4.98, up from .4 March of 2018! Just got the dose changed, and after 2 months of failing at conceiving I'm hoping it will work this month. I had faint lines on a few tests last month and the month before, then still got super heavy periods. I'm not sure if it was CP or just false positives, but definitely discouraging! I didn't realize how much your thyroid affects TTC. Anyone else have hypothyroid and issues TTC or success? I need hope!
