Hopefully it’s a sign 🤞🏽🤞🏽😩

So last week I had pink spotting discharge, not enough for a pad or tampon . It was there when I wiped & that’s it . It last for about an hr. I had this for 2 days . My period was due yesterday and never came. Now I’m two days late 😩Took a test last night I believe it was a vvvvvl. I been having back pain for a weeks & my stomach hurting , feeling weird like knots . I have to pee every hour 🙄I’m so fatigued 😢😢 Could the spotting be Implantation bleeding?
