Pooping constantly!

My poor babe has been pooping like every diaper change for 3 days now. I counted 6 yesterday, 5 the day before, and hes currently on 4 today. They smell super strange, are full of mucus and have been varying colors, from yellow to brown to green, in no particular order. The only thing differently I did was feed him a whole bowl of baby oatmeal on friday, which he's had before just not that quantity. He's in a great mood, definitely teething, drooling like crazy and showing no other signs of discomfort. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Maybe just working through a viral thing??
