I personally feel like it’s too much. My dad was a title examiner for the county, and he used to make “name of the day” awards for silliest, funniest, or most interesting names he’d come across.
River Laken sounds too punny to me. Maybe as a middle name, though.

Where I’m from both of those names are very common! I even know a couple of guys with the name Lake. I love them both honestly! I’d go for it
