HELP MIL

So my husband calls my mil when he gets to work, on his lunch break, and on his way home. In that time he calls me once. He makes financial decisions with his mom and talks finances with her. He goes to her when he wants someone to emotionally talk to. He tells her stuff that's none of her buisness. I can hardly get him to talk to him. He calls me jealous of him mom but I just want him to talk to me the way he talks to her. She always over steps. She tried to get him to leave me 2 days before our wedding day. Says I take advantage of him by making him help take care of our daughter since it's a womans job. Idk what to do. We hardly have sex anymore and he hardly communicates with me anymore. I don't know what to do. She calls him like 6 times a day and it gets annoying. I know hes a mommy's boy but I love him and I just want him to love me the same way. I dont know how to make him understand and realize hes hurting me and our marriage by always choosing his mother over me.
