STD testing

I’m wanting to get tested for STDs ( just to make sure I’m not having symptoms or anything) But my parents are very strict and I come from a religious family so I don’t really want them to find out. I’m wanting to make an appointment at the health department but I would have to take my parents insurance card, if I used their insurance card could they find out why I went? I’m okay with them finding out I had an appointment at the health department I just don’t want them to know why
