How to get milk supply up??

I’m a FTM and my LO is exclusively breast feeding and we use bottles at night for my hubby to be able to help out. My little boy is now 2 weeks old and his appetite is getting bigger but I feel like I’m not producing enough. Does anyone have tips on how I can produce more?

Drink like a camel. If you think you're drinking enough, you're not!  Oatmeal and dark beer helped me. Also the less you feed the more your supply will drop. Hold baby on your chest skin to skin as much as possible, that always bumped up my supply.

Oatmeal, lots of water and supplements can help. I used fenugreek and brewers yeast with my first. Bonus - fenugreek makes you smell like maple syrup!

Just talked to a lactation specialist because I had the same issue . Check latching , you may have to physically squeeze your breast while breastfeeding . And baby kind of on top of breast instead of underneath or whichever so they control the flow themselves . She said all these things can help baby eat and help supply
