Symptoms question

Hi all, i am on my first cycle after stopping nuvaring. I should note that I’ve been on bc for many years so I don’t remember what a normal cycle feels like anymore. I had a lot of symptoms during the middle of my cycle including nipple tenderness, bloating, backache, cramps, pain in right side of abdomen, spotting for 2-3 days, then all the sudden I’m feeling quit a bit better. I had to guess on my last period. But from my guess the first response site said I could probably test tomorrow or Friday (at the earliest) I took one this morning anyway and it was obviously negative. Anyway my question is this. Do symptoms usually drop off after implantation or do they get worse? Do you think the spotting was implantation bleeding? Any guesses? Baby or no? Thanks in advance!
