BFP After Ectopic - Terrified

I had an ectopic pregnancy in November of 2018 and after the methotrexate didn’t work, so I had my right tube removed in laproscopic surgery. Just got a BFP - I have a 6 week appointment on Monday. So nervous. I am so scared of having another ectopic and having to go through everything again!
