Letrozole

After my ectopic and surgery for a ruptured cyst adhesions were done on my left tube. It was taken down. Fast forward a year later and this past aug I had surgery to figure out my cause of pain for the last year. It was found that I had bad adhesions on both tubes. They we taken down again. Last year my hsg showed my tubes were clear and we didn’t recheck this year. I’m on day 4 of my first round of letrozole and I sneezed tonight and I’m in excruciating pain in my left tube/ ovary area. Feels like I’ve been ripped in the inside and like its bleeding. Any one have pain while taking letrozole? Could it be my adhesions are back and causing pulling?
