Really stuck, need advice

My baby is almost 6 weeks which means I’m almost able to go back to work . But I’m going to wait until he’s 2 months . I also have a 2 year old . My daughter was in daycare (through ccis which means the city pays for majority of your daycare bill and you have a copay depending on how much you make ) well I took her out because I wasn’t working at the time . Because of that I stopped receiving ccis and have to reapply which can take months to be accepted for. And daycare you have to pay weekly and when you first start a job; depending on when you started around the pay period , you really don’t get paid in 2 weeks .. maybe 3-4 weeks.. my grandma is really my only option BUT she’s tired of watching kids , let alone a 2 year old whose going through terrible 2’s and a infants .. so I kind of don’t know what to do
