Making anonymous

Making anonymous only because this is kinda embarrassing but I haven’t changed my wash routine used new soap (no I don’t put soap on the inside only exterior) but as soon as I got back on the depo I noticed a watery sometimes thick white or clear discharge smelling like beer ... I went to the dr they said yeast infection gave me medicine it came right back what can I do to naturally get rid of it because the medicine made it worse (I haven’t had sex so it’s not from that)
