Should I go to the doctor or school

I’ve been really sick for about three or four days. I was having a sore throat just from drainage. It wasn’t anything bad. I could’ve dealt with it for a long period of time. I didn’t even have a cough. It went away and my throat felt great. Then I started to have a bad sinus infection. I went to the dr to get some shots for it. She told me I had a fever so I had to miss school. That was two days ago. Well I woke up this morning and felt so horrible. My throat feels swollen and burns and I feel like I’m losing my voice. It’s not just from drainage. There’s nothing on my tonsils or anything but it’s horrible. Should I go back to the doctor? Idk if I should or not. I just don’t know if I have strep throat and i don’t wanna go to school in the morning if I do. I keep coughing like crazy.

This is my first week of school and I just don’t wanna miss but I feel horrible.
