Period after miscarriage

Ugh! No one warned me how bad a period after a miscarriage can be! With my other 2 miscarriages I had normal periods 4-5 weeks after, heavy for sure but pretty normal for me anyways, this time around it’s awful! It’s heavy, it’s painful, I feel sick and exhausted. I woke up this morning to take my daughter to school I got dressed, had coffee the usual, sat on my bed and I could have easily gone back to sleep and I have felt super tired today. My periods aren’t great anyways but damn this is so much worse! I’m hoping that it will be my usual 5-7 days and then it will be over cause this is physically exhausting :(
