Blighted Ovum Miscarriage: Am I done?

So I was pregnant with 2 blighted ovums, I found out at 6 weeks, nothing had ever grown- no yolk sac or fetal poke, just sacs. right now I’d be about 10 weeks.

My doctor wanted me to try and pass naturally; and keep track of what I was seeing before we opt for a D&C, I was fine with that. I’m almost sure I lost one sac last night on the toilet - and this is what I woke up with this morning.

I’m not sure if this is an average clot or one of the gestational sacs, has anyone been through this? I’ve been bleeding light - heavy variations for about 2 weeks now, last night being the heaviest. I’m going to call into my doctor, but I won’t see her again until tomorrow when I go for more labs.
