Creamy thick CM

Hi ladies, this is my first time TTC I got my nexplanon implant birth control taken out the 21st of August. Doctor said within a week I could have the chance of getting pregnant I’m 5DPO I didn’t really track my CM during ovulating but now it’s creamy white and thick, During sex. Could be a potential yeast infection which I get occasionally, I’m just wondering if that’s a sign it didn’t work or am I just over thinking? Google told me that means I’m not pregnant but I’m just anxious and over thinking I hope.
