So no period yet, hoping it doesn’t come. 4 pregnancy tests with faint lines. When exactly do I call my GYNO to get in for a confirmation if I am pregnant? And what happens after that?

First time for me. I’m 23 and if I am pregnant this baby wasn’t exactly planned! (I want one but my man doesn’t yet) either way I’m happy but nervous
