Early.ultrasound

I went in for an early ultrasound to determine exactly how far along I am. I'm very irregular and breastfeeding as well. Anyways I should be about 5 weeks according to my last period.

So I go in and we didn't see much. He thought he saw the sac but it was too small to tell. He also saw fluid.

Another thing is I've been taking first response test at home and they are blazing BFP. I took a urine test there and he said the line is barely there. I don't understand......

He ordered a blood test to see exactly how far along I am and then he said he'd see me back in 2 weeks.

Should I be worried? With my son we saw a yolk and sac at 5w1d....I'm hoping I am just really early.

I've had 2 healthy pregnancies and I'm feeling the same way I felt with them. Never have had this happen though.

Any advice or comments? 😪💔

(No other problems, no bleeding or anything)
