Has anyone got a positive urine pregnancy test at 6dpo then the same day go get hcg blood taken since it was a positive on the urine and the blood be negative? It’s very odd I got a positive urine I called my dr she ordered a beta hcg right away and I went and got it done maybe 20 min after the positive and the blood test is negative? And so I retreated and still got a faint positive on the urine test has this happened to anyone?

Probably a faulty test it may be showing the indent. If the blood was negative then you aren’t pregnant just yet. 6dpo is really too soon as that’s the soonest you’d implant and a test wouldn’t be able to pick it up just yet. I’d go with the blood and get a new pack of tests.

6dpo is a wee bit early to be testing. Bloods never lie but since its still early you arent out just yet. Test closer to your missed period and wait to have bloods checked until you have a healthy bit of a line. Those frers are notorious for having indent lines so just watch for a nice pink line.

I think doctors won’t consider it a positive unless it’s over a certain amount of hcg. You’re probably just very early on
