BFP!!

Hi! Me and my partner have been trying for over a year, tests have always been negative but two a week ago I had slight bleeding which I assumed was my period but it was light in colour and not very sore. I took two tests last night one after the other - both very clearly positive! The tests were the clear and simple range, I had a faulse positive once before and I’m scared to go to the doctor incase she tells me that I’m wrong... I’ve attached pictures of the two tests. Has anyone else used clear and simple for their BFP? Was it reliable?
