Crib Hour?

Anyone else practice crib hour? My daughter laid in her crib playing and cooing for an hour earlier. So I got her out and played with her and fed her, then attempted another crib hour. After 50 minutes of the second round, she finally fell asleep! 🤦‍♀️

So, I wouldn’t say I was intentionally practicing this. I would put my daughter in her crib and she just wouldn’t nap. But she didn’t cry either so I just let her be. It took her over an hour to fall asleep once, and by that time it was time to get up from her nap.
By the end of summer I moved her down to one nap and she falls asleep pretty quickly now.
