Missing vas deferens
Sister found out her husband has no vas deferens which is the tube that carries Sperm but he has a great amount of healthy sperm. Their only hope for anchild (biological) is IVF.
. They don’t have the $ now. Anyone had a similar case and conceived in IVF or is IUI
an option? Any advice is appreciated as my heart is breaking for them
