Is he ignoring me or am i just clingy?

Hi. I’m 16 and have been in some shitty relationships.. I’ve been with this guy for a week, we’re long distance and he hasn’t been online since yesterday night— I was talking to him when he suddenly just disappeared and he hasn’t spoken to me at all today. I’m really worried, but he might just be grounded. Even then, I miss him to death and want him to come back because I feel very strongly for him. Am I right to be feeling this way or am I just overreacting?
