Very Low Sperm Count Q

Has anyone else had a partner that had a sperm count in the 23,000 range? Yes not even million but thousand. He's been taking the 3 fertalaid combo for about 3 months now and I'm just wondering if any others out there had success with getting bfp naturally or just via ivf? With counts so low we weren't even considered for iui.

I'm crushed every month, since I cling to hope even though it's probably hopeless. 4 people around me just shared baby news...so I get talk of new babies everyday. People don't realize how heart breaking it is while I'm suffering in silence...

I appreciate any feedback/stories from you other ladies.
