Vagina pain?

Hello ladies. I’m currently 28weeks and 6days ive been having really bad pain in/on my vagina it’s like a sharp pain that comes and goes. For the past week. It hurts when I walk sit down basically do anything besides laying down. I went into “early labor” when I was 25weeks I was dilated at a 2cm. I spent 4 days in the hospital and They gave me magnesium through iv and some medicine to take at home. I’m just worried something is happening again.
