Maybe my period is back.

I had a d&c on august 16th. After my last 2 miscarriages my period came back like clockwork, 3-4 weeks after the start of the miscarriage (almost like my body processed the start of the miscarriage like a start of a period).

I'm kind of crampy and have some spotting. I dont normally have spotting with my period but I do after miscarriage.

It's both cathartic, like a real ending to all this suffering and miscarriage... but it's also a sad ending like real proof (though I definitely knee logically) that the pregnancy really is over.
