Subutex while pregnant and NAS

I've been on subs for a couple years now, I'm on a very low dose (2 mg a day) and have been safely tapering down during my pregnancy. I absolutely do not want to still be on subs when I have my baby, and plan on being completely weaned off by the time I'm 6 months.

My question is: is there any chance that my baby could still have NAS when she's born, even if I'm completely off of subs by 6 months pregnant? Or does NAS only occur when the mother is still actively using close to giving birth? I'm so worried. PLEASE don't answer unless you actually know the answer to this question - it's been hard to find an answer online.
