Should I go to Dr?

I have been up all night due to upper abdomen pain. The most pain is in the center at the base of my ribs and then radiates down in a U. There is also a little pain on my right lower back but that may be cramping as I am 9dpo. I feel constipated and gassy, I keep burping and wish I could pass a bowel movement but instead just keep peeing a tiny bit at a time.

I took a cheap pregnancy test strip this morning and it was negative.

I have NAFLD but have been avoiding carbs and lost 20lbs since being diagnosed. But this weekend we had a party so I had 1 white claw and 2 doughnuts, could this pain be because of my liver?
