I need advice

I just got a job but I’m living with family / they have section 8. Because of how much I’ll be making I might have to move out because if income is too high they can take section 8 away from my grandmother. I’m also pregnant in my first trimester and wondering what I should do. Apply for housing for myself ? Get an apartment? A one bedroom is about 1,200 or more here. Has anyone ever been in a situation like this ? I think I’m going to make like 400 a week
