15 weeks & my baby is completely upside down

So I had a doctors appointment this morning & the first thing we noticed was that my baby’s head was facing down and his feet were up. He was sort of laying crooked. The doctor just said “ he’s in a bad position “ & that’s really all I got out of him. I was hoping he would of said more but he got called out for an emergency delivery. Everything else was good though . The heart beat was at 158 & he was kicking & moving his body.

Should I be concerned?
