Stubborn fat!!
I'm trying to loose this belly fat,,, I think it's from not have a period in 7 mos(pcos).. I was put on pills to help regulate my period and iv had my period for these 2 months..idk what to do.. my energy is super low and I just feel depressed and self conscious 😭😣
And even my arm fat is frustrating me
