My baby is biracial what will it's ethnicity be considered?

I am of African descent I have Caucasian ancestors but my African traits are more dominate so that is what I classify myself as and my boyfriend is Hispanic, he identifies with being Mexican even though he has Puerto Rican ancestors. We're both mixed up lbs. I'm just curious as to what our baby will be classified as. Does anyone have biracial children? Please share your stories I'd love to hear it.

You know when you get a form and it will say something like ethnic orientation, They never have a option that says "Human" I don't get why the colour of somebody makes any difference.  I'm human and that's all there is to it.  As for your question I have no idea.  Maybe go by what your dominating race is?

A lot of forms now have multiracial as an option. And then there is a separate section that asks if you are Hispanic or non Hispanic. 
I know a lot of people get offended bc race should not matter. But when it comes to medical forms is really does matter. Different races are more prone to different health issues.

I worked at a hospital before being a sahm and we had to have patients fill out back ground information about their oriantion.... From what we were told for the form the race is based on the father. For instance my first daughter is Hawaiian but I am Caucasian. And for my second daughter my husband is biracial. His mother is Mexican his father is Caucasian but he is Caucasian because of his father so out daughter is Caucasian but she deff resembles her grandmothers side of the family lol.

In the US I would assume he'd be identified as "black" African American. I'm Hispanic and my children's dad is black, I've noticed that's what most people identify them as
