Considering a doula...
Is anyone considering using or has used one in the past? I really like the idea of having a person totally focused on me during childbirth (who won’t be anxious like my husband may possibly me).
However, I do plan on using an epidural and I’m worried that I’ll be shamed or there will be attempts to dissuade me.
Any insight?
