Anyone else!?

Anyone else having intense pelvic pain?! Feels like I pulled the muscles in my groin 😩 I dread walking which unfortunately i can’t not do as I’m on my feet and walking around for 8 1/2 hours mon-fri for my job 😔 anyone experiencing the same and have found things to relieve the pain?! I have 7 more weeks left of work and I dread going in every morning 😔

Yes! Chiropractor and yoga have helped me a lot but the pain is still there just not as bad

Yes I was trying to figure out what the pain was today while I was working.. It was hurting so bad until i sat down for a hour after work!

I was so sore too! I work as an RN on a busy floor so never really able to stop too, so I feel your pain. The one thing that really helped me in the last few weeks was a support belt, one of the physios gave it to me and it really helped. I think it’s called something like a smiley belt? I was a bit unsure if it would do anything, but it really did help me!

Yes! The outside of my vagina hurt so bad for weeks but randomly went away recently? Now it comes and goes
