Bed time?
What time does your 3 month old go down for the night? I put mine to sleep at 7, she is usually out by 8pm. Lately she gets tired very close to her bed time and wants to nap so i find myself trying to keep her awake. I’m wondering if i should just let her nap at 6 and push bed time later to like 8/9?
