New baby constantly nursing

So we came home from the hospital today and my baby slept for baby an hour or two but other than that she just doesn’t seem content unless she’s on the breast . She’ll continue doing feeding cues and get mad when off and I know she’s getting some because she’s having wet/dirty diapers and I have a lot of colustum when hand expressing . Even the nurses at the hospital were surprised with how much I was producing. Is this normal? I’m so tired and just want like 45 minutes of sleep. She’ll fall asleep on the breast after a while but obviously I can’t sleep like that and if I put her down it starts all over
