Pregnancy

( I know I should have taken a pregnancy) test awhile ago but I haven’t gotten my period for about 3 and a half months already. I’m regular and they have always been consistent even after I got off birth control which was over a year ago. Now I feel like movement in my stomach and twitching here and there.. could that mean I’m growing a human or is it just me ?😂

Update: got a positive test
