Recurrent Yeast Infections
Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to help minimize recurrent yeast infections?
In the past year, I have been to the gynecologist and swabbed for a yeast infection more times than I can count. Every time it’s the same thing. The doctor gives me Diflucan (2 doses because 1 doesn’t help) then sends me on my way until next time.
I’ve cut sugar considerably. I do not stay in my sweaty clothes after working outside. I have started taking a probiotic as well as apple cider vinegar tablets daily. I sleep without underwear most of the time. I wear mostly cotton undies.
I am incredibly frustrated because it seems like nothing I do helps.
Anyone have any tips? Anything would be appreciated.
