Help! Is this implantation TMI

messed Around with my boyfriend i took plan b ( no intercourse) i took it just to be safe and a week later i began spotting and then it got heavier and turned into this... now the spotting took place a week before my cycle which was Aug 29 and that week of is when i experienced the clots along with my regular pms symptoms which are sore breast and cramps just days before on the 27 it continued till the 29th and it stopped symptoms and all is this implantation?
