Tiny blood spot on toilet paper 26 weeks??

Sorry tmi but I need help. I noticed yesterday after i peed a little blood spot on the toilet paper and I'm not sure if it came from me vaginally or I peed it out. Earlier when I went to use the bathroom I noticed it again (very tiny blood spot) but it looked more mucussy, stringy and it was darker blood. Im 26 weeks I plan on calling my Dr in the morning regardless but just thought I'd see if anybody has some knowledge as to what this could be. I have had very random strong contractions here and there and I have Braxton Hicks that come and go all day but nothing scary.
