Should I tell my new ob/gyn ?

I have a new ob/gyn, and I had an unconfirmed miscarriage in October of 2016.

Looking back, I know this was not smart and I should have sought medical attention. I saw enough to be absolutely sure I miscarried.

Thankfully I didn’t have complications (and if goodness forbid this happened again, I know now that I must seek medical care).

But it’s not medically documented.

I have had several healthy, both before and after the miscarriage.

Should I tell my new doctor about this unconfirmed miscarriage? Or will that just cause too much confusion..?
