Anyone else Preggo after HSG test??

Anyone else get pregnant the same cycle as their HSG test? I am 5 wks and 4 days. Doctor confirmed today with blood work I am preggo. I am so excited, but it doesnt feel real yet! I keep telling myself "I am preggo".
