What to do?! 🥰👀

I had an ultrasound a week ago because I was having pains in my side and thought it was cyst. Turns out just ovulation. Anyways. Fast forward 4 days I got a positive test! Doctor has confirmed as well! But why didn't the ultrasound show anything?! Is that bad? Now I'm reading into ecto po ic pregnancies and so on... ugh I'm such a stressed. And they cant get me in untill Oct 1st! I do have the lightest cramps in abdomen and cervical area. And just now missed my period today.
