Hydronephrosis

Hi! My baby girl had hydronephrosis excess fluid in kidneys at the 20 week US. At 24 weeks they did a check up on it, yesterday, and one kidney still has excess fluid, the other resolved. I guess this is not super uncommon but happens more in boys. It’s also a soft marker for DS. Wondering if anyone else has had baby girl with hydronephrosis and success stories? We aren’t interested in doing any extra testing, least invasive, so planning on just following up on kidneys in 4 weeks again.
