Feeding less frequently, should I wake him up?

My baby is 2 months and 12 days old and in the last few days he's been going for 3 to 4 hours between feeds during the day and sometimes more than 4 hours! When it's close to 4 I wake him up. Is this normal for babies? I'm worried he's not getting enough to eat. Anyone else with a similar experience?

Unless you were told to wake baby up by the pediatrician to feed don’t wake the baby let your baby sleep. My son goes longer stretches in between feedings as night he’s 2 months old I’ve been going up to 6-8 hours at night during the day he goes up to 4 but not a lot.

Don’t wake him up! Haha. He’s ok he’ll let you know when he wants to eat. As long as he’s gaining as he should at appointments there’s no reason to worry. They’ll go through phases of length of time they want to eat just as they grow.  Totally normal 😊

Our 9 week old is sleeping thru the night (8-9hours) without waking and eats every 4 hours during the day. 4 feedings at 4-5 ounces each feed.

Umm leave the kid sleep .. listen to the baby they will tell you when they are hungry. My baby does 8 hour stretches at night it's fine.. as long as he or she is gaining weight properly all is fine
