Exam spotting over 24 hours later

Yesterday at my appointment my ob did a quick exam to get some swabs due to extreme itching she told me I was very inflamed down below (this was about 10am yesterday) I hadn’t had any spotting just excess discharge which has been normal but I just went pee almost 4pm and had pink on my toilet paper , should I call and see if I need checked out or since i got examined and was inflamed yesterday it’s normal?
